Shipping policy
Your order tracking number will be displayed on the "Order Status Details" page when has been shipped. You will be sent an email to notify you of any changes in the order status which may be viewed at any time on the "Order Status Details" page.
Shipping charges are indicative and may vary. The courier companies charge by the weight and dimensions of the package. And since your order can include any combination of products, it is not possible to accurately predict the shipping cost. If the actual shipping cost is higher than charged during check-out, you will be required to pay the difference. Our customer service executive will contact you to guide you accordingly.
- GST 18% Extra Free Shipping Offer is valid for single package, non over-sized shipments within the contiguous Indian states only. All other areas must pay shipping and handling charges. We reserve the right to ship via the carrier of our choice. Shipping charges are subject to change without prior notice, due to carrier rate increases. Exceptions :

On any air shipments, and on all orders shipped outside the 26 contiguous states, there may be additional freight charges on some items. You will be notified prior to shipment.
We aim to deliver all orders within 8 days of receipt of the order, but cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery beyond our control. All shipping methods require a complete physical address. We do not ship to APO/FPO & P.O. Box addresses. Express orders must be placed before 12:00 pm IST. Express shipments are expedited through our order process. After receiving your order, Customer Service department will contact you by email or phone to inform you of shipping services and cost. We will ship non-ground shipments only after we have received your approval. All aerosols and hazardous materials are shipped via Ground Services ONLY. Expedited shipping options for these items are not available, and will be changed to standard service. Items marked with this symbol are oversized – shipping rates for these items are based on Volumetric-Weight. An oversize item is a large (and/or heavy) item which can be shipped via standard carrier services (DTDC, Fedex, etc.) but incurs a higher shipping charge due to the size and/or weight of the item. Oversize items include, but are not limited to:
- Drafting tables
- Floor easels
- Large canvasses
- Heavy weight items
- Large dimension products
Orders containing items ordered in large quantities will also be considered oversize. (E. g. clay and other casting materials, wood items such as stretcher strips, binder boards, gallon containers of any product, paper pads, etc.). Since the "Actual Shipping Costs" that may be applicable cannot be calculated or estimated until the order has been picked and packed as they are determined by carrier and are calculated with the size of the package, weight of the package, and distance.
You will be notified via email to view the extra shipping cost for your order which will be displayed on the "Order Status Details" page. Once an order is placed for an oversize item, we will contact you with shipping rate information and delivery details prior to processing your order. Any promotions for free freight do not apply toward orders with oversize items. Expedited shipping methods are not recommended for oversized items.

Orders containing items ordered in large quantities may also require the use of a freight truck. Actual freight truck shipping charge varies based on size, weight, destination, and delivery type and delivery options. Truck shipment delivers your item to the trucker's port in your locality. While all carriers establish their own rates for delivery, our shipping department selects the best carrier based on service, price, and availability. A physical address and phone number are required for delivery. The minimum charge is Rs. 2000. You might consider consolidating two or more orders to make the most of the minimum charge. Schools should allow three weeks delivery time for truck shipment orders placed from June 15 through August 15. International orders ship by FedEx. The method and cost are determined by items orders, cost, weight, size and destination. Some items cannot ship outside of the India . This includes any hazardous or flammable materials. Notification will be given if this applies. Free shipping does not apply on international orders. Shipping charges are calculated and an email is sent for approval within 2-3 business days. If email is not available, the charges will be faxed or phoned. A response is requested within 7 days after receiving our notification. Orders do not ship without approval, and can be cancelled up until that time. A phone number is required for delivery. The recipient is responsible for any taxes, duties, or brokerage fees. These cannot be estimated prior to shipping. We are unable to remove pricing from documents as the correct value must be provided. The electrical products we carry may not be compatible with your electrical system, even when a converter is used. Damage may occur, and for this reason, these items are not returnable.
