- When following up on a phone, fax, or e-mail order with a written order, please clearly indicate "Confirmation Only - Do Not Duplicate".
- Customers will be responsible for return freight and restocking charges for duplicate orders caused by failure to appropriately mark written follow-up orders.
- Prices and selection vary between this website and our retail stores. Prices listed on-line are not applicable to himalayafineart.com retail store Himalaya Stationery Mart and are valid for mail order and internet only.
- Despite all efforts to maintain our prices, descriptions, specifications, illustrations and availability error free, inadvertent typographical errors may still occur and Himalayafineart.com shall not be held liable for such errors. Himalayafineart.com reserves the right to rectify this information at any time. Therefore all prices at himalayafineart.com are subject to change without prior notice.

- Color Chart Note - Color charts represent approximations of the real color. Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, colors may appear slightly different on different computer screens.
- Prices stated on Himalaya Fine Art are inclusive of Tax.
- However the Invoice will show prices for individual products excluding Tax + Tax amount payable = Sub total; and a total invoice amount.
- Books are exempt from Tax.
- Prices may change if the Tax rates change.
- All local levies such as Customs, Octroi etc will be borne by the customer.
- We aim to deliver all orders within 10 business days of receipt to Indian destinations, but cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery beyond our control.
- All goods must be signed for on receipt of the consignment.
- If within 14 working days, goods have not been delivered, please contact us immediately.
- For goods that have been damaged in transit:
- If there is a Noticeable damage or Shortage, make a note of it on the delivery receipt AND have the delivery person sign the receipt and verify that there is damage.
- Items that arrive damaged or defective will be replaced.
- Save the damaged package or carton for inspection.
- Concealed damage
- Damage to materials inside a package with no external damage evident should be notified to us at once. We must notify carriers within 5 days, or they may deny liability. Returns are only accepted within 15 days of delivery.
- If the product delivered to you has been sent in error by Himalayafineart.com, the product should be returned unused and in saleable condition. No charges would be levied on the customer.
- If product was ordered by the customer in error: -
- The product should be returned in an unused and saleable condition
- The customer is responsible for shipping charges on the return.
- A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged if applicable.
- All returns must be accompanied by
- A short note stating your reason for return
- Invoice
- This information must be shown on the outside of the packaging used for returning the goods.
- Products should be in new condition, and in their original boxes.
- No refunds or exchanges available on Papers and Paper-Boards, special and custom orders, cut goods (E.g. Canvas sold by meter), books and certain other items.
- Always ship your returns via an insured carrier. Himalayafineart.com does not accept liability for returns that arrived to us damaged.

- We accept payment by Cheque, Demand Draft, Money Order, Direct Bank Transfer (EFT), Credit Card, Debit Card. Under no circumstance will be accept cash payment.
- All credit and debit cards listed on the Home Page of the web site are accepted. Please Note: We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
- Cheques or Drafts should be drawn in the name of: Himalaya Fine Art and should be payable on par in Mumbai. Payments by Cheque are subject to realization and could delay shipment of merchandise at least 2 weeks.
